d. The Spektra+ App

• Signing in is optional. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, the App receives your name, email address and an account identifier from that provider. These are kept on your device.
• Your account identifier is shared with our subscription-management provider so that your purchases are recognised across your devices.
• Payments are handled by the App Store, Google Play or our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details.
• If the App crashes on a mobile device, a diagnostic report may be collected by the Apple App Store or Google Play, in line with your device settings, and made available to us through their developer tools. We do not run a separate crash-reporting service.
• We do not operate our own database of App user accounts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Site, the App and our services.
• Process transactions and fulfill orders (if applicable).
• Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries and sending promotional materials (with your consent).
